We are looking for a detail orientated individual to assist the day to day operations & provide administration assistance to the team.

Your Responsibilities will be:

To assist with the day to day adminstration duties to include:

  • Administration Assistance to worksite mobilisation
  • Database Management & Entry
  • Organisation of candidate medicals & drug tests
  • Candidate Screening & Reference Checking
  • General Office Administration

Who are we looking for:

  • Detail Orientated Personaility
  • Self-Motivated & able to peform under time pressure
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office programs, eg Spreadsheets
  • Able to work 3 days a week, flexible on hours
  • Enthusiastic to gain experience in the recruitment industry
